FR-761 is a high-grade plastic purpose Rutile Titanium Dioxide produced with sulfuric acid process. This product integrates our innovative research on hydrolysis, salt treatment, calcinations control, inorganic, organic treatment and product application etc. the surface modified by special organic agents. The product not only has obvious blue bottom phase, high brightness, high dispersion, high hiding power and provides better pigment performance for the plastic system, but also has lower oil absorption and volatiles, good compatibility and fluidity and provides better mechanical processing performance for the plastic system.

Particle size and distribution:

The product particle size is fine and well distributed by our outstanding hydrolysis and calcining process, which makes it with high gloss, good dispersion, excellent hiding power and tinting strength.

Surface treatment:

We use high quality single aluminum inorganic coating and special organic surface treatment to make FR-761 to achieve the best performance in optical properties and applications.
